Friday, October 23, 2020 - Caviste, UK, Zoom tasting of South Aftican wines. Introduced by Gottfried Mocke. 90% cab sauvignon and 10% cab franc. Blackcurrant colour. Lovely nose, more ripe blackcurrant, Rich, full, earthy. Drinking well now, but surely needs more time to be at its peak, maybe 2 or 3 years.
