Tuesday, August 23, 2022 - Quite yellow, and with a strong aroma of...rubber?! Faint green apple flavor notes, but actually somewhat flat on first sip. Patience paid off, though, and while the flavor was still somewhat restrained, almost shy, I was getting light citrus, pear and maybe even a touch of almond. This was a nice compliment to chicken cordon bleu.
