Tuesday, February 18, 2020 - First of two bottles purchased at the winery last September, and now wishing I sprung for more. First sip exhibited a bit more oak than I like. But, with air it blew off, and transformed into a beautifully balanced wine with lush dark fruit, herbs, and ample acidity. Drinking nicely now, but should hold for 3 to 5 years.
