Tuesday, December 26, 2006 - Nice right out of the bottle. Nice hearty nose of cocoa, Hints of fruit and currants with a nice finish. 2 hours into christmas dinner it opened up further. The best part? I was the only one drinking so was able to sample it as it opened up during the evening
