Wednesday, December 2, 2015 - Color: Pigeon's blood ruby with a clear meniscus
Smell: Cassis, blueberries, clove, boysenberry, a hint of graphite with an underpinning of tobacco & leather.
Taste: Black & blue fruits and a long chocolatey finish...
Overall: This is just a lovely wine...I'm glad to have had every bottle I've opened...even if some were too young. This seems like it's in a good spot right now. If I had more I wouldn't hesitate to pull one out and start drinking them. Outstanding!!!
