Friday, July 15, 2022 - I know it's too young, but I wanted to try something after the original winemaker died. Highly perfumed. Very savory. Some background cherry, but at the forefront is forest floor and smoked meat. Medium-bodied, but full-flavored, layered with a long finish. A bit tannic. A very nice pinot.
