Friday, March 24, 2023 - Powerful and concentrated Pouilly-Fuisse with a tiny production of 3500 bottles made from 35 year old single vineyard. Wine is aged in used oak for 12 months. Medium golden colour. Rich aroma of peaches, papaya, ripe apples, honey, stones, melons, hints of white flowers. Palate is rich and concentrated with silky and buttery texture, complex and slightly juicy tropical and white fruit flavours, honeyed and saline touches, concludes with racy medium+ acidity and lengthy finish.
