  • Powerful and concentrated Pouilly-Fuisse with a tiny production of 3500 bottles made from 35 year old single vineyard. Wine is aged in used oak for 12 months. Medium golden colour. Rich aroma of peaches, papaya, ripe apples, honey, stones, melons, hints of white flowers. Palate is rich and concentrated with silky and buttery texture, complex and slightly juicy tropical and white fruit flavours, honeyed and saline touches, concludes with racy medium+ acidity and lengthy finish.

  • Pale yellow. Aroma of melon, lime and a touch of smoke, which fades. Complex mixture of flavours - melon again, lemon and lime, nutmeg and a touch of butter. Quite evolved for 4 years. Very fine.

  • Medium gold color. Rich aromas of melon, pear, and lemon. On the palate, this shows roundness from barrel aging and the core flavor profile is pear, nutmeg, and pineapple with bitter mango notes coming in on a medium-long finish. While closed under a plastic cork, I still have doubts that this doesn't get oxidized in 5-7 years. It is rather delicious now, but I think there is competition at lower price points for this expression of Chardonnay. Drink or hold.
