Friday, November 17, 2023 - While still young, it is drinking wonderfully now. It got better after we pulled it from the ice bucket and it warmed up on the table. It amazes me that fine dining restaurants use an ice bucket on wines of this caliber. Serve this no colder than 48-50 degrees and you will be rewarded. Also, giving this 10 more years in the cellar will also help.
