While still young, it is drinking wonderfully now. It got better after we pulled it from the ice bucket and it warmed up on the table. It amazes me that fine dining restaurants use an ice bucket on wines of this caliber. Serve this no colder than 48-50 degrees and you will be rewarded. Also, giving this 10 more years in the cellar will also help.

Pop/Pour. Brilliant orchard fruit, minerality and hint of salinity, with lively bright acidity. Wow. Was wondering where the vintage ripeness was, and thinking maybe it gets more ripe with air? Never know as we crushed it in an hour.

SLDS Decadence 2021: Leaps out of the glass with smoky, vanilla, sea spray and mineral notes. Plenty of aromatic and palate intensity - the flavours are full but has great detail and acid drive. Excellent as expected.

Markedly different from recent 2016. Pure Chablis flavor Bright chalky oyster shell flavors Perfect acidity. Gains a bit a roundness with 2 hours in the glass Perfectly approachable now, but no end in sight. Really fabulous and worth a search

Delicious but way too young. Fruit may have been a little muted as if sleeping but still really good. Fortunate to have great friends who like to share.
