Saturday, February 24, 2024 - Solid medium-bodied wine with some crisp apples and minerality along with a bit of floral character on the nose. A solid match for herb roasted chicken. I think these get better and fuller with 5 years of age so I don't drink them too soon after release. Should be good now and for another two years +.
