Sunday, August 6, 2023 - 2018 Dauvissat Family Chablis Tasting (Seattle): Aromas of cheese rind, tart to ripe yellow apple. Swirling in the glass brings out some jasmine floral notes and some savory herbs. On the palate the attack is light and mild, getting leaner and more mineral focused on the finish.
