Thursday, September 24, 2020 - Excellent GC Chablis, lovely fragrant nose, crunchy tree fruit, but with perfect weight and concentration behind it, clean, silky balanced mouthfeel, slight white pepper tingly spicy impression that was cool and unexpected (chalk it up to youth?).
