Tasted out of a sad plastic cup. Maybe that played a role. Very subtle and subdued, hard to get much on the nose or palate here. I think it needs more time or maybe just better glassware lol.

Voluptuous, herbal and citrusy with a savory edge. Unique to say the least. A full-bodied wow wine that mixes Chablisienne typicity with Cote D'Or flair.

Citrus, wet stone and something floral on the nose. Dry. Medium body, nive concentration. Racy acidety. Green, apples, citrus and honey on the palate. Long exit with citrus and minerals. Good match with Løyrom.

Just opened my first case. Used coravin on my first bottle, so no decant. Still young, but already accessible even with no air. That’s the result of the quite warm vintage. Acidity is here, but not dominant. Reminds me a bit of the 2015 which is for me now at its peak. 2018 is definitely away from the top, but worth to try a bottle if you have a few. (I almost finished the bottle tonight)

so delish but can use decade or more aging and still be polished.
