Sunday, May 1, 2016 - Drank this at the Boathouse Meeting Room last night with my wine mates.

Decanted for an hour before consumption. A beautiful boutique on the nose, coupled with plums, dark berries, dark chocolates and lacquer. On the palate the wine is well structured, elegant and well-balanced. Very approachable with a long finish.

Probably drinking at its peak now.
