Sunday, March 25, 2012 - Not as complex as the Normale, this is more about incredibly fresh, exuberant strawberry and raspberry fruit with less of an oxidative quality and a high toned spicy/rhubarb-like seasoning. Elegant and very nicely balanced on the palate, really impressive.
