Thursday, December 10, 2020 - A third bottle that expresses nicely, this time further up the shoulder: while the two recent bottles were ready and seemed to be peaking, this bottle actually needed an hour of air. Crisply defined red fruit— rasperry, cherry lingonberry— along with the somewhat woody style of the House. A long finish with the passage characterized by stronger tannins. A good wine.
