Saturday, March 25, 2023 - This was decanted for about 2 hours before drinking. The nose is plush and giving with a good bit of sour red cherries upfront along with plum sauce, raspberries, kirsch liqueur, crushed violets, fresh herbs, and incense. The nose is complex and inviting right now as the tones lean in the purple spectrum. The Full bodied feel is youthful, but with poise along with crisp, medium acidity and chewy, medium+ tannins. This is extremely drinkable right now in a pure hedonistic and primary sort of way. There is a ton to like here and I can easily seeing this turn it on with another 5+ years. This is a real sexy, young Charvin and I look forward to seeing where this goes.
