Saturday, December 9, 2023 - Opened 3 hours before pouring. Translucent light red. Anise and herb scents. Elegant, medium weight. Equal parts tangy dark red fruit and more savory licorice and garrigue with a moderately tannic finish. Good depth and complexity without any heat. Quite enjoyable now but room for improvement.
