Wednesday, July 5, 2023 - France Trip; 6/29/2023-7/10/2023 (France (Paris, Burgundy, & Champagne)): Drank after 2 days of opening
Tannins have softened beautifully
Fruits shine through at first, then Tertiary notes starting to come out.
Beautiful earthiness still with structure and power from first opening.
Nice acidity, clearly a very well balanced wine that is drinking superbly
