Wednesday, May 25, 2016 - sweet rose and violet flowers with ripe red and blue fruit bursting on the nose - very Chambolle. Has a nice round and velvety mouth you get from Le Moine, really can taste the unfiltered leesy mouthfeel. Palate gets a bit hollow and airy with palate staining tannins that last. Like it now with like it more in 5-10.
