Sunday, January 8, 2023 - This is a unique wine. It benefits from 60 minutes of decanting but is simply delicious to drink. It is fruity and light with low tannins but good balance. The smell is a little off putting for me with a deep earthiness (mushrooms and forest floor) combined with a smoky leather aroma. But the flavors are excellent to my pallet.
