Wednesday, April 5, 2023 - This could be my top 5 wine ever. Really love the acidity of the Sangiovese as the red fruit balances perfectly to create the perfect harmony. Red currants, raspberries, cranbarries together with the minerality create a taste that lasts for a very long time. Lucky I have two bottles left, will wait at least 5 years for the next bottle, if I can keep my fingers off :)
