Sunday, October 23, 2022 - Decanted this wine in Riedesel glasses for an hour. This wine is a beautiful dark ruby in color. This wine has a wonderful nose of dark cherry, cassis, and earth tones. The wine across the palate is an ambrosia of subtle dark fruits, cigar tobacco, then chocolate. You could wait longer …it may get better …but it’s really fantastic now!
