Tuesday, March 27, 2007 - Full bodied. Age showed a bit on the nose with some nice nutty characteristics. The lovely palate is alive with vibrant acidity and some nice hints of lemon and cream sherry that carries into the finish. Nice surprise, could easily be paired with lighter red meat dishes.
