Monday, August 19, 2013 - Ramonet Dinner (The Bristol - Chicago IL): Served in Ramonet BBM flight. Slightly floral with some mint and anise elements. Apple and citrus, starting to show a nice mature element. Very good balance and textures, at a very good place today.
