Saturday, April 23, 2022 - Lunch at Bellota: Lovely lifted red fruit nose, albeit still restrained. Palate shows the red fruits, albeit very reserved on opening, though breathed up over 30 minutes or so. Good length and structure. Given time will be a lovely, perfumed, red fruited Burgundy.
