Saturday, December 26, 2020 - PnP'ed after the Wasenhaus Spätburgunder, this was so much better - character & complexity. Spicier nose, sandalwood, cherried/black-berries - definitely packed much more punch than the Wasenhaus. Nice purity with a fine/taut structure; Only snag is a slight tinge of bitterness towards the end. Give this more time (in cellar) and it should blossom.
