Monday, September 5, 2022 - Aromas of violet, thyme, mint, plum, brown sugar, smoke, raspberry, and bark.
The palate was the same with some chalky tannins and medium acidity. Hour of decanting and the tannins soften up and this became a very juicy wine with a hint of pepper at the end. Very food friendly and sipping wine
