Wednesday, April 8, 2020 - Medium-deep ruby red in color. Full, forward & fragrant nose of ripe fruit aromas of cherries, strawberries & plums with overtones of floral & spice notes, earthy/dusty, minerals & a slight hint of oak/vanilla in the background. Medium bodied with a very good concentration of well balanced & smooth textured, ripe fruit flavors cherries, strawberries & plums with spices, earthiness, minerals & a hint of oak/vanilla. Lingering finish. Drinks quite well at present although it does has the fruit & structure for continued development with a few years of additional aging.
