Basically a Vin Jaune "light", bottled after only 32 months sous voile. Light-bodied, super clean, lithe entry without any hint of cellar funk or Jura fustiness. Bright, penetrating lemon juice, long, long long... Beautiful wine, lip-smacking right now, but surely good for at least a decade in the cellar. 90-91P
