Wednesday, May 18, 2022 - CellarDoor TWE Tasting (Langham Hotel, Kent Street, Sydney): Slightly reductive with blue and blackberry, a little sweet spice. In the mouth it’s thickly dense without being overtly jammy, alcohol lends a peppery prickle. Kind of fun.
