Saturday, April 9, 2022 - Medium bodied texture with light almost Pinot like color. Texturally it’s surprisingly smooth with only modest tannin and acidity. At this stage as others have noted the dominate feature is oak. Nonetheless black pepper, smoke and dark cherry. Leans new world style but I would not call this ripe. Unique but needs more time to spark and real intrigue.
