Friday, January 5, 2024 - 80% Monastrell and 20% Garnacha from the Las Gravas plot, slopes located on the mountain that dominates the property, of vineyards planted in 1986 on stony soils. 19-month-old breeding in oak fudres. Assembly of varieties and matures 4 more months in foudres. Ripe red fruit, very floral, spices, mineral, complex, tasty, fresh, balanced, fine, silky, intense and long. Beautiful wine!!!
