Friday, April 28, 2017 - A little funk and mustiness right after opening, but it blew off in 30 to 60 minutes. No visual signs of age, but it's obviously a mature wine. Various dark fruits and a healthy dollup of baking spices. Medium to full body and a solid finish. Very well balanced at this stage. People who like young fruitbombs won't like it, but I did. Nevertheless, I think that's it's slightly past its paek.
