Saturday, November 23, 2013 - Drank over dessert with apple dumplings. A well-made wine with an aroma and color which makes you think aged Sauternes but a much lighter body. Unfortunately this light body does make this wine seem a bit out of balance and too sweet over time. This is a wine which is great for a glass but then becomes a bit tedious, so share with friends!
