Saturday, March 25, 2023 - Texier and Hill at Red and White (Chicago, IL): I found this one a little challenging -- the ripe vintage and the low acidity don't make a good match, and this showed a lot of ripe stone fruit flavours as well as the attendant phenolics of roussanne without enough freshness for my taste.
