Saturday, November 5, 2016 - 2016 Villa d’Este Wine Symposium - Kelly, Alan and Kevin's excellent adventure; 11/3/2016-11/12/2016 (Villa D’este, Lake Como, Piedmont, Milan and Frankfurt): Along with the 81 La Tache, totally unexpected pleasant surprises. Really pretty nose displaying essence of raspberry, strawberry water, a hint of soy and Vosne spice, sassafras and rose. Beautiful balance and harmony, subtle delicate red fruit driven palate impression, quite airy and a lovely long finish. Quite subtle and pretty, can be easily confused of being fragile, yet there is a strong core and a seamless intensity.
