Wednesday, August 25, 2021 - Opened this for a grilled chicken dinner based on many recent positive reviews. Aubert never disappoints. These Chards are simply the best. So thick on the palate. Almost like a syrup. Apricot, lemon zest, white peach. Keeps evolving with each sip. Decanted for an hour and was good to go. Hard to put the glass down. It’s really the only Chard I get excited to open and experience..
