Saturday, October 14, 2017 - Friends and I tasted this at the Seattle tasting room on 10/14/17. It was drinking beautifully…a deep, rich, complex bouquet of violet, black currant, plum, licorice, pepper and spice aromas. The palate was rich, layered, dense and dry with flavors of black currant, black cherry, plum, licorice, pepper and spice.
