Sunday, February 21, 2021 - Somewhere between a Riesling and Viognier. Was surprised at the relatively low acid given that it is a wine designed for sushi. Definitely some interesting flavors going on, though, and was liked by some more than others. At some points it had hints of a sake--it's a pretty serious, not especially fruity wine.
