Somewhere between a Riesling and Viognier. Was surprised at the relatively low acid given that it is a wine designed for sushi. Definitely some interesting flavors going on, though, and was liked by some more than others. At some points it had hints of a sake--it's a pretty serious, not especially fruity wine.

40% Pinot Blanc, 30% Riesling, 10% Muscat, 10% Pinot Gris, 10% Gewurztraminer. A cuvee meant to pair with Japanese cuisine. White flowers, citrus, peaches, apricots, salt and ginger. Medium bodied and good acidity. It went great with oysters with a passion fruit mignonette, but a better match may be ngiri.
