Saturday, March 25, 2023 - Was a bit closed up out of the bottle. Nicer after an hour of aur
Tart cherry, but I wouldn't say sour. Perhaps some cinnamon and other spices here. Well balanced at this point. Bright and acidic, which stands up to robust dishes. Medium-long finish with nice tannins that show up late and stick around for a bit.
