Saturday, July 4, 2020 - First this wine was far more moderate and ready to drink than I expected. Yes there are a few tannic edges of oak but in general it is a soft and supple claret/chianti hybrid that was wonderful with the lamb and the ratatouille. As I said very much ready to drink now but I think 2-3 years in the cellar would add more.
