Sunday, August 14, 2022 - Medium to deep ruby, aromas of sour cherries, raspberry cordial and rose petals. Body medium+, soft tannins and high acidity. The palate primarily bright fresh fruit, some tertiary starting to develop, some forest floor and a bit of leather.

Very enjoyable, perhaps a little heavy for the grilled salmon, but certainly not totally overpowering.
