Sunday, April 3, 2022 - A small production Cab/ Merlot blend from British Columbia, Canada.
On nose: toasted coconut, vanilla / oak and ripe blackberries.
On palate: all above flavours enhanced, as well as light tannins, cassis, pipe tobacco, and Kona coffee....a big, bold steak wine....very New World, not especially complex, high alcohol( 15% !) ....but after a 2 hour decant , was quite pleasing ....good BBQ wine .
