Thursday, July 6, 2023 - Dark cherry colour. Yeasty nose. Rich dark fruit. Powerful, enveloping, unusual notes of cheese and lactic elements. Stony, mineral, round and sweet. Molasses and violets and brambly forest fruit. Super.
