Sunday, March 27, 2016 - Big boy. Black pepper, barnyard, and over-ripe black plums. Chewy, angular, and masculine. Long tannic finish following a big core of red fruit and spice. Not sure it completely came together. Lots of tension and some rough edges but right for the type. Stood up to hot Italian sausage over chard, rhubarb and mustard seeds.
