Monday, November 6, 2023 - eventually opens with an aroma of blue fruit and mushroom, rich with a spiced undertone, palate shows flavors of cherry, raspberry, clove and soy sauce, dark soul, savoury, nice bracing acidity giving a nice sense of balance, clove hints carry off the finish, drinking well now, getting better with air
