Wednesday, February 23, 2022 - Quite smoky and stinky on day one. Much better on day two. Aromas of sea muck, cranberry, raspberry, sour cherry, divers herbs, flowers, cracked pepper, charred veggies... Tart and fresh on the palate, equal parts crunchy red fruit and smoky minerals, plenty of botanical nuance as well. A little grapey on the finish, lots of mineral character too, pure and refreshing overall. I would be wary of the smoky and stinky elements intensifying, and would drink this up soon.
